S.T.E.M. Leadership Program
The 100 Strong S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Leadership Program is a dynamic, hands-on learning initiative designed to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and curiosity needed to thrive in today’s innovation-driven world. Through engaging workshops, project-based learning, and mentorship from industry professionals, students are introduced to the core disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in a way that is both practical and inspiring.
The program emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, encouraging participants to explore real-world challenges and develop innovative solutions. Whether coding their first app, building prototypes, or exploring emerging technologies, students gain valuable exposure to pathways in STEM while developing skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
Rooted in the mission of 100 Strong, the S.T.E.M. Leadership Program is committed to expanding access, fostering diversity, and empowering the next generation of leaders, particularly those from underrepresented communities, to pursue opportunities in high-demand, future-focused fields.
